General:
We all went our separate ways after being together for 9 straight days. We each experienced different things, and the same things, in different ways. After such events, often there's a question...how will I be different when I re-enter 'normal' life?
Dan:
I got up later than normal and made it to work about an hour late. The whole day was a steady diet of issues and problems I've got to deal with. For much of the day I felt like I was viewing it all through a filter of blue/green water, blue sky, green trees and pine needles...all floating past my vision. I know that a certain amount of weight and tension left we while I was away at Isle Royale. Some of it due to the rest. Some of it due to the privilege of sharing some of my burdens with good friends. I thank God for the opportunity to get away with men of like faith and good will. Party-On!
